Important to know ...

• We do not have exact delivery hours. Deliveries are made in three blocks of schedule. The morning schedule is from 8.00am to 12.00pm and the afternoon schedule from 1.00pm to 4.00pm, and the evening schedule from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm you must choose one of the three blocks of delivery. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding delivery, please notify in advance) for example: "you are at work until 7.00pm", to inform you of the availability of delivery.
• If your choice is to remove the Bouquet or decoration from our store, take into consideration that our products are large, volume and require special handling, they must have a vehicle that has the appropriate space to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and damage that the bouquet may suffer along the way.
  All our bouquets are made the same day of delivery, for longer duration of the balloons.
• The latex balloons with helium have a duration of approx. 8 hours, we guarantee its durability of 48 hours or more. Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.
• All bouquets are made ONLY with balloons

The company Globos y Alegría wishes to bring with good terms the services provided for its surprise decoration or social event.

• For the efficient realization of our services we leave below our terms and conditions:
• Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want from one day to another you must confirm delivery availability. Call (562)712-0946
• The helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into account that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflated. This is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.
• When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and explodes.
• Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat and steam cause them to deflate or explode.
• The latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, the microfoil balloons last from 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions or use.
• For shipments you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.

We are not responsible for the handling and damage that the bouquet may suffer along the way.
• When balloons are snorted, deflated or exploded they must be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets, as they can drown.
• Microfoil balloons can be transmitters of electricity. Please avoid releasing them or bringing them closer to power lines.
• You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.
• If they mobilize the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.
• The client must provide all the corresponding information for the elaboration of his decoration or Bouquet as colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and motive (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day ...)
• We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our Bouquet)
• In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
• In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss.

We only work in Southern California.
